Geothermal Work is Completed

The geothermal wells outside the historic market house at City Dock were completed the last week of March. The installation of the closed-looped
geothermal wells is expected to achieve significant energy savings for the City
compared to a conventional air conditioning system. Additionally, a geothermal
system will require less maintenance than a conventional system.
