Training is always more motivating with friends. Get ready for your spring, summer and fall triathlons with the Wonder Women! If you are new to triathlon, or want to improve your performance, this group is for you. All aspects of a triathlon are covered, including nutrition, transitions, racing strategies, open water swimming, bike maintenance, running, cycling and swim training. Each class focuses on at least two disciplines of a triathlon. Enjoy the camaraderie of group training while you get in great shape!
