1.  The City's Snow Emergency Routes should be cleared by 8:00 PM this evening, in advance of the snowfall expected overnight and tomorrow.  To ensure that snow removal operations can be safely completed, parked cars may be towed from the Snow Emergency Routes.  The Snow Emergency Routes are prominently posted with signs.  A list of the Snow Emergency streets in the City can be found at:  

2.  In preparation for tonight's snowfall and to allow the Snow Emergency Routes to be cleared, the City parking garages will open at 4:00 pm today for free resident parking.  

                    REFUSE & RECYCLING POSTPONED - MARCH 5, 2015

Refuse and recycling collection for Thursday, March 5 has been postponed.  Thursday's collection will occur on Friday, and Friday's collection will be on Saturday.
