For confidentiality purposes, please submit application and paperwork in a sealed envelope with attention to "Scholarship Fund.”
Programs the Scholarship Can Be Used For
All Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department-sponsored programs, memberships and season pool passes as long as applicable and approved. Scholarships cannot be used for facility rentals, *before/after school child care and "co-sponsored" programs. *Does not apply to fall 2020 modified child care program.
Needed Supporting Documentation
Income supporting documentation needed is as follows:
Salary/Wages – Attach copies of your income tax return for the most current filing year.
Free Lunch Program Documentation – Attach notice of participation in the free lunch program through Anne Arundel County Public Schools. This must be a signed document from the child’s specific school.
Required Residency Documentation – A driver’s license accompanied by a utility bill, tax bill, landline phone bill or any documentation that validates City of Annapolis residence. All items must have the correct name, current date and correct address.
Applications will continue to be accepted until scholarship funding is exhausted for the year.
