Pursuant to section 2.04.090 of the Charter and Code of the City of Annapolis (Adoption and posting on City’s website. - C. "By July 1, 2006, all regulations adopted prior to this date, must be posted on the City’s website. Moreover, all regulations adopted on or after July 1, 2006, must be posted on the City’s website within four weeks following the adoption."

K. Applicants, at their own cost and expense, shall undergo fingerprinting and criminal background checks for all classes of License, except for the One- Day Class C Licenses. The Board shall delay approval and/or issuance of any License, and may refuse to schedule a hearing on any License, until the results of the applicant’s fingerprinting and criminal background checks are provided to the Board. For any application with the ABCB where fingerprinting and a background check was previously submitted with another application, applicants shall only be responsible for providing and paying for an updated fingerprinting and background check, if the one previously filed with the ABCB in connection with the other application is more than one year old.
