An annual program taking place each winter, ZSYBL is the premier youth league in the Annapolis Metro Area. All league divisions are competitive; all games take place in the Stanton Center Gymnasium. The team registration fee is $200. Referee game fee for each team is $25 per game.
- Competitive Division -- Age 10-12, Wednesdays 6-9 p.m.
- Very Competitive Division -- Age 13-15, Thursdays 6-9 p.m.
