The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for painting services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and repainting of interior surfaces; cleaning and repainting of exterior surfaces with containment, installation of new roof safety railing, roof manhole, ladder safe-climbing devices, and vent screening; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m.,Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Jefferson Water Storage Tank located at 40 Jefferson Place, Annapolis, MD 21401.
