The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for repair, reconstruction and resurfacing of various streets until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, First Floor, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand dollars ($500,000).
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the curb and gutter installation, and street repair, reconstruction, excavation, grading, milling, patching and related site improvement on various streets within the City of Annapolis.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2019 in the third floor conference room of the City Office Complex, 145 Gorman Street, in downtown Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
