The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for consulting services to develop a five year consolidated plan for CDBG grants until 2:00 PM, local time, Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the capability to develop a five-year CONPLAN that will establish goals and strategies for housing and community development in the City for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021- 2025 (Federal Fiscal Year 2020-2024) and a First Year Action Plan for fiscal year 2021, as required by HUD.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the City Office Complex, 145 Gorman Street, third floor conference room in downtown Annapolis.
