ANNAPOLIS, MD (October 17, 2019) – Dylan Gilmer, a 10-year-old Annapolis musician and actor who recently signed to star in a Nickolodeon sitcom, will get a motorcade through Annapolis on Oct. 28. The event will begin at Germantown Elementary School at 6 p.m. and continue to downtown.
