Port Wardens - Comments Web Form

  1. This form is used to provide public comments to the Port Wardens on meeting agenda items.

    During the COVID-19 pandemic and the City- and State-declared State of Emergency, the Board of Port Wardens will be meeting virtually and not in-person. Therefore, we are offering the public the option to provide comments in writing through an online web form with the option to dial-in and provide oral testimony live during the meeting.

     

    Written public comments, which will be entered into the public record, may be submitted via the online web form prior to 12 o’clock noon on the day of a meeting. All comments left after the cutoff period will not be included in the public record at the meeting. Written testimony may also be mailed or delivered to the Department of Planning and Zoning, 145 Gorman Street, 3rd Floor, Annapolis MD 21401, but still must be received by the cutoff period.

     

    For those who have elected to also present live during the meeting, you will be contacted via email with the log-in credentials for that meeting. These credentials are unique and may not be shared. Please note that only those who have elected to also deliver live testimony by clicking the “I want to deliver live testimony” box on the online web form will be sent the log-in credentials.

     

    The public is welcome to attend by watching any of the virtual Board of Port Wardens meetings live on the Annapolis Boards and Commissions YouTube channel.

  3. Comments will be limited to about 450 words (2700 characters), and each period of comment will be limited to thirty (30) minutes. Any comments unable to be read due to time limits will be published online as soon as practicable.
